Grupo Lincka believes that the success of international businesses lies within the original integration of knowledge and vision. With the globalization of the ever changing business world, Grupo Lincka sought to expand its capacities, knowledge, and vision to the international market. Grupo Lincka’s innovative thinking and methodology has brought successful businesses to the United States’ real estate market and the education industry.

International Expansion

With the integration of Mexico into the NAFTA in the beginning of the 1990’s, Grupo Lincka was oriented to the Mexican national market; it did not have any company that could access the international environments.

For a period of four years, Grupo Lincka established an international import/export operator. During this time, Grupo Lincka was successful with isolated transactions with rustic Mexican furniture, home decoration accessories, and the commercialization of a whole line of skin care products from Australia and New Zealand (LAN crème©).

Subsequently in 1999, the conclusive strategy to create real estate development projects and service providers in regional growing markets was set for Grupo Lincka. This gave Grupo Lincka’s companies the real opportunity to access the international market with knowledge and experience.

This movement was possible thanks to the dedication of the principal partner and founder of Grupo Lincka, Javier Martinez-Campos. Mr. Martinez-Campos’ determination allowed him to expand his businesses to the United States, thus opening the opportunity for stockholders, managers, employees, and colleagues to access the profitable levels of such an expansion.

The international division of Grupo Lincka is located in Fort Collins, Colorado. This constantly growing city is a vibrant community nestled by the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and located 65 miles north of Denver.
